Orders are packed and dispatched daily via the chosen delivery method. Delivery duration depends on the delivery option selected upon checking out.
Upon order confirmation, we will process your orders within 24 hours.
Deliveries via Singpost would take approximately 1 - 5 working days, depending on selected mode of delivery.
Deliveries via our internal courier team would take approximately 2 working days.

We currently offer 3 delivery options so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs:
1. SingPost Normal (w/o tracking) - within 5 business days.
Please note that we will not be responsible for any loss of mail if this option is chosen.
2. SingPost Registered (w tracking) - within 5 business days.
We will provide the tracking number via email/whatsapp once available.
3. Qxpress (w tracking) - within 2 working days.
*Additional delivery costs will be levied after 2 failed Qxpress deliveries.
We ship to the following regional areas: Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Cambodia, Brunei, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam by tracked airmails. For other international deliveries, kindly drop us an email at email@example.com or via whatsapp at +65 8830 5288 for further assistance.
*Buyer is recommended to check local regulations prior to purchase. ZNIQUE will not be liable for any delay or custom clearance issue.
Hooray! For local orders in Singapore, we offer FREE SingPost Normal Mail! Purchase over S$110 and receive free upgrade to tracked mailing!
Tracked mailing options are available for a small fee. Orders sent by tracked mailing options are insured in the event of parcel loss.
The respective shipping cost are calculated on the checkout page.
*ZNIQUE will not be responsible for any loss of parcel by "SingPost Normal Mail" or any other forms of untracked mailing options.
Tracking would be dependent on the delivery option selected.
1. SingPost Normal Mail - No tracking available (ZNIQUE is not be responsible for any loss of mail under this option).
2. SingPost Registered Mail - Tracking number will be provided once available and you may check the status via SingPost website.
3. Qxpress - Tracking number will be provided once available and you may check the status via Qxpress website.
If your order does not arrive after a prolonged wait (more than 5 working days), kindly drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number. This does not apply to parcels under SingPost Normal Mail.
Goods sold are non-refundable and non-returnable due to hygiene purposes.
All products are checked prior to dispatch. However, in the instance of product damage or defect, please kindly email us at email@example.com with the following details:
1. Your order number
2. The name/product code of the defective item
3. Photographs/videos of the defect (please note that damage to outerbox during delivery is not considered as a defect)

*Merchandise must be returned in its unused condition within 14 calendar days using the waybill provided by ZNIQUE upon approval of return.
**Shipping charges are non-refundable.
***ZNIQUE reserves the right to reject the return in the event that the merchandise has been found to be used. Associated fees may be charged.
